Our client, one of the largest providers of Health Information technology products used by over 500 customers across over 42 states in the US required re-engineering of the entire billing and payment system of an MS Dynamics based product including modules such as billing, payments, GL, patient portal, ER pricing and claims management.
Client Challenge
The customer was looking to re-engineer its existing MS CRM based product to improve user experience and satisfy MU requirements. As the scope entailed billing and other areas of RCM such as ER pricing, GL, Claims management etc. therefore seamless integration was also desired.

Delivery teams worked in conjunction of customer teams (60/40 ratio) for nearly 10 months managing the ramp-up/down as required. InRule engine was leveraged to make sure that all the rules were configurable through an easy to use interface for business users.
