Our client, one of the largest providers of Health Information technology products used by over 500 customers across over 42 states in the US require re-engineering of the entire billing and payment system of a MS Dynamics based product including modules such as billing, payments, GL, patient portal, ER pricing and claims management.
The customer was looking to re-engineer its existing MS CRM based product to improve user experience and satisfy MU requirements. As the scope entailed billing and other areas of RCM such as ER pricing, GL, Claims management etc. therefore seamless integration was also desired.
