FHIR - The Holy Grail

The digital world has evolved, and interoperability plays a major role for healthcare today and in the coming times. There are innumerable instances where we need a set of standards followed across healthcare scenarios. This necessitates the need for a next generation healthcare interoperable standard that can be used in electronic exchange of patient health information across heterogeneous systems by combining the best features of HL7v2, v3 and CDA.
